Specs at a Glance
If you crave a serious level of driving fun, don't miss out on the 2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia. It's among today's most exciting premium sports sedans. Not only does the new Giulia pack a lot of performance, but it also allows you to experience first-class comfort. Gorgeous styling makes this Italian driving machine even more appealing. Here's an overview of how the Sprint trim compares to the Veloce trim.
Performance
These two Giulia trims feature the same invigorating powertrain. Under the hood rests one of the strongest standard engines in the class. Alfa Romeo tunes the sedan's 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine to develop 280 horsepower and 306 lb-ft of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission rapidly shifts from one gear to the next. With a quick 0-60 mph time of 5.5 seconds, the new Giulia can definitely get your blood pumping. While a traditional rear-wheel drive system comes standard, you opt for a Q4 all-wheel drive system.
Although both trims feature a sports-tuned suspension, a few more performance goodies come equipped on the Veloce trim. A limited-slip differential and a sports-tuned steering system helps take handling to the next stage. High-performance tires also give you more grip when attacking corners.
Appearance
The 2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia's race-inspired styling makes a serious statement. There are several eye-catching exterior details that help the sedan to stand out, including a signature V Scudetto grille. Adaptive headlights and a dual-exit exhaust come standard. While the Sprint trim is a serious head-turner, exclusive exterior treatments give the Veloce trim an especially aggressive look. Larger 19-inch sport wheels with red brake calipers enhance the car's powerful stance. A rear sport diffuser adds another special touch.
Features
Most people will be more than satisfied with the Sprint trim's standard equipment. Its infotainment system features an 8.8-inch touch display with navigation. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto make integrating your smartphone a simple process. Safety technologies, such as Forward Collision Warning and Blind Spot Monitoring, help you to steer clear of dangerous road hazards. Other great features include black leather seats, a digital gauge cluster, dual-zone automatic climate control, and wireless phone charging.
To give the Veloce trim a racier feel, Alfa Romeo equips it with 14-way sport seats and aluminum paddle shifters. Navigation is another big highlight.
