2023 Alfa Romeo Sprint vs 2023 Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio
The 2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio is a mid-size luxury SUV that boasts the distinct Italian grille design we've come to know from this brand. With more body color to the model's front end, there's room for the striking trio of grille formations to make a bolder first impression. The Sprint and Quadrifoglio trims differ in many ways. As the first and second trims in the lineup, they're the ones that set the tone for what the Stelvio can be.
Performance
The 2.0L engine that powers the Sprint ahead is rated at 280 horsepower and 306 lb-ft of torque. That's one of the most powerful mid-size base models you'll find anywhere in the industry. The Quadrifoglio accelerates things even further, with a twin-turbocharged 2.9L V6 engine rated at 505 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque. Both trims run with a smooth 8-speed automatic transmission and electric power-assist steering activation. They also have excellent double-wishbone front suspension systems.
Appearance
Both the Sprint and Quadrifoglio are beautiful trims. They feature the low-roof styling and deep-tinted glass that define this premium SUV. Both trims have a black grille, the iconic Stelvio stance, and a power liftgate. You'll notice a different set of wheels on the Sprint and Quadrifoglio. The Quadrifoglio comes with grey 20-inch wheels, and the Sprint comes with standard 18-inch silver aluminum wheels. This is a big difference for most buyers. Available colors for all Stelvio models include Orca GT, Misano Blue, and Vulcano Black. Exterior colors like this form a big part of customization and will matter to our choosiest customers.
Features
The most striking differences between these two trims are in their interior design and driver-assist features. The Sprint's interior features power reclining seats, a cloth header, carpeted flooring, and leather seat trim with a leatherette door material thrown into the design. The Quadrifoglio comes with both front and rear carpeting and carpeted floor mats, leather seating and door trim insert, and 12-way power adjustable reclining front seats. Safety is similar on both models, too, with great features like electronic stability control that comes standard. However, the Quadrifoglio comes with a few extra driver-assist features that might come in handy for many customers.
